This workout was culled from CrossFit LA. Very short and sweet. Featured in a few articles when unsuspecting journalists were asked to try it. It is designed to expose weaknesses in basic functional movement.
Sidekicks: m=6:15 w=7:30

4 min. the squats slowed me down and I kind of went too slow on the row I think. I also couldn’t manage a rhythm on the pullups for some reason.
