  • Alternating dumbbell sots press 3×5 @70% of max dumbell shoulder press.
  • Pullup hold 2:00 (total of 2min hang time)
  • Squat hold 15 seconds, AMrepsAP box jumps for  30 seconds x4
  • Then, for time:
  • 200m (.125 mile)sprint ***
  • 21 swing ups *
  • 15 knees to elbows
  • 400m run
  • 15 knees to elbows
  • 21 swing ups*
  • 2oom sprint***
  • *swing ups are at 30% bw, try not to break between swings and runs
  • ***SPRINT!
