Warm-up : 3 rounds:

  • Row 10 calories
  • 10 abmat situps
  • 10 wall-balls
  • 10 box jumps

Skill/Strength: Burgener warmup and work your snatch up to your chosen OHS load for the metcon.

WOD: 21-15-9 for time of:

  • 225lb. deadlift
  • 135lb. OHS
